I'd like to bring to your attention what I feel is an unfair practice being conducted by Southwest Airlines. This morning I tried to book a round trip flight from Orlando to Punta Cana. I had to book these flights separately as I only had enough points for one way travel for two people. When I went in to book the return flight, the price went up $50 per person. This was not done over a matter of hours, but a matter of mere minutes. There was no clock that said this offer expires at a particular time. I feel this is unfair and should not be allowed to happen. I have been a loyal Southwest fan for many years and go out of my way to fly Southwest whenever I can. I have been such a Southwest fan that I also had, up until today, a Chase Southwest Visa card. Because of your policy, I have decided to cancel my credit card. I would like to hear your opinion of your policy. Thank you.
