I am taking the time today to let you know how incredibly disappointed I am in how your company is handling customers lately. Not long ago I had a lot of frequent flyer miles and then you deleted them all and a couple of days later, you sent me an email saying they no longer will expire. Nice.

Now I see a video of how you treat people that evidently have a different perspective than yours. A black man wearing a MAGA mask was told to leave the plane for removing his mask to eat. I am appalled at your staff's behavior. Your employees need to be more accepting of other people regardless of their color, sex, religion, or political affiliations.

I am letting you know that I will no longer search your airline for flights of my travel needs.
