Mr. Kelly,
I travel using southwest airlines, not a frequent traveler, however I do enjoy flying with Southwest, as I find the staff quite different than other airlines.
During these strange times we are in, I thought of an idea that may or may not be able to be implemented quickly to help the bottom line at Southwest.
1) Remove every other row (making 6' of space) of seating
2) Require masks for all passengers and staff
3) With the weight savings by removing the rows, transport more cargo for pay.
