We have a trip scheduled to depart March 20th, 2020. Disney has closed down the hotels/parks and we can no longer go. We moved our trip to October 9th. When we called to switch our flight, we were told that since we originally booked on October 1, 2019. We have called Southwest customer service 6 times, spent countless hours on hold and basically been told we are out of luck.

I would think in such extraordinary times, your company would be a little more flexible (like the other airlines are). We are only off by 8 days. I find it very hard to believe that you can not accommodate us.
