your airline forced me to leave a cart at BUR airport, where it is now sittibng in TSA lost and found. I NEED this cart, as I just had surgery, and am not supposed to lift anything. This was explained to your gate agent, that told me I would have to pay 75 to carry this device onboard. I was later told by customer care, that she shpild have allowed me to tak eit, as its medically necessary...and thst it would be dekivered to me asap. Nope. after having to call and tweet numerous times...Im now told, too bad...ypu will have to pay for shipping. This is so wrong, and Im disgusted with how your airline has passed the buck onto tsa at BUR. Your gate agent dumped it off there, and should get it just as easily, and ship to me. This has caused me physical pain, as well as distress. Are you telling me this is normal treatrment. WQhat if this were a baby stroleer? I need this cart.Please...I am begginf you to ship it to me
