Good afternoon, I am emailing you in regards to how I have been treated for the now last 11 days. I wanted to change the recently acquired S7 edge phone for the Samsung S7 I have been in this process now since June 8, 2016 and to this day have not been able to return or receive the phone I want. I have visited your corporate store (6305) to no avail three times as of yesterday June 11, 2016. I truly do not understand why this is such an incredible issue that can not be handle in a timely manner. I feel I am getting the run around so as to force me to have to keep the edge phone I do not want. let alone all the frustration I have been through. I've been a loyal customer of Sprint now 26 years and was never so disappointed in Sprint as I find myself today. So disappointed you now have me contemplating leaving because of the rude, deceitful, dishonest, non customer focus, argumentative, condescending behavior I have had to endure for the last few days. I am reaching out to someone in upper management who could help me and who wants to assure I stay a loyal Sprint customer. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
