Curt Riemer sent a message to Ronald Sargent that said:

Dear Mr. Douglass, I just wanted to contact you in regards to an order in placed with Staples.com, on March 19, 2020. I was told that the item would be delivered today, April 28, 2020. I was will to wait, no problem. I called your customer service number, was on the phone for 40 minutes, and told the order would be delivered today, from your Beloit WI warehouse, and to expect it between 9am-5pm. Late last evening I received an email stating the item is not available, and the order is cancelled. I made another phone call today to confirm the email was correct. I am e trembly unhappy as to how this order was handled. How is a customer led to believe, up until the very last moment, that you will deliver on your promised delivery date, and then everything is cancelled. This is a very poor representation of your company, all for a $60 order!! What reason would I have to purchase anything from Staples, in the future? I await your reply!
