Please Mr. Douglas we would like our money back that we purchased at Staples in Glenview, IL the Protection and Tech Help. The supposed techs are inept and quite frankly useless. I tried on 3 occasions to have them help with a problem and they did not help.
I had to go back to Bask who painlessly took care of the problem.
My husband and I are on a fixed income and it was difficult for us to purchase this extra hardship. I guess we had faith in the sales person. We'd like our $200.00 returned to us as it would ease some of the pain of loss. Especially now with what's going on we can sure use it.
