I am having a bear of a time getting in touch with anyone about unpaid claims (38 of them) with a patient despite 9 months of attempts at collecting for services rendered with authorization provided.
This case has a lot of extenuating circumstances and your staff is unable to assist me.
I request contact immediately as there are too many issues with this patients' claims and I am extremely upset with how this has been handled and have initiated a claim with the State of CT Insurance Dept. as well.
