Michael sent a message to Steve Easterbrook that said:
I have gone to McDonald's now three times and they have screwed up my order everytime. My friends have gone there several times too and had their orders screwed up too. And it is all from the same store. Store #14933. 3301 W College Ave., Appleton, WI. You do expect them to be able to get your orders right most of the time. But I haven't had one right yet. We go back pretty much all we get is a sorry and maybe the sandwich remade, but I have already had the remade sandwich screwed up. I'm going to start telling people not to go to McDonald's as they screw your orders up. And yes I am pissed.
