Unfortunately, half of the order I ordered for my family was missing. Of the food received, it was not hot nor fresh. My son and I both called because no one was answering the phone. I finally spoke with someone who was very rude and refused to listen to my concerns. She told me I had to call Uber eats customer service and that the restaurant has nothing to do with the order. I informed her of past experiences of getting the food I ordered and paid for as well as how bad evaluations are given to Uber eats in this respect. She kept on delivering her statements and did not take accountability of her error. She eventually hung up on me.
I called back to speak with the manager, the same person (Maria) , that I spoke with earlier stated she was the manager and told me to call in the morning. With the same disrespectful and hostile attitude, she continued to refuse to give me the food I paid for. He tone was very unprofessional.
I have been going to this location (17740 Halsted St. In Homewood, IL) for years and have been a resident near this location for over 15 years. Based on the poor quality of customer service and food, I will not return again and kindly request a refund for my entire order.
