Daisy sent a message to Greg Creed – Chief Executive Officer, Yum! Brands, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Taco Bell is our family favorite and the store is conveniently close to our home. We visited the drive-through window at 8:35PM on a Thursday and we waited in the line for at least 40 minutes.
As we got impatient, I called the store to see the problem; the lady said there is nothing we can do, we are very busy and we are trying to help lobby customers too.
The line grew 6 cars behind us and isn't moving. After 5 minutes, I called back and asked politely to pull the car in front of us so we can leave the line, the lady then hanged up on me, after saying there is nothing we can do.
As you can imagine, my frustration grew and I called back to speak to a manager. The lady called for the shift manager but she never came to the phone. The phone I imagined was just left on the counter without anyone's care.
In all my life and places I have been around the world, I have never dealt with such a horrible, rude attitude. Obviously we left without the food. But I want to make sure that my understanding of your company work ethics and business goals aren't what was demonstrated tonight.
