in connection with a proposed transaction for your client JB Recovery Corporation from Manila with a Hong Kong SPV (Altitude Source Ltd.) in the amount of 5 BI, I have been asked by the owner of the SPV company Mr. Chi Ming Wallace, who is in the inner circle of the financial leaders of the Chinese Government and reports to the 1st Vice Prime Minister Han Zheng é©æ£, if I can arrange the direct contact to you. The Government requests to buy SBLC´s in the worth of 1 T with R&E to 4 T in a simple BUY& SELL SBLC Transaction. They arranged the first 20 BI in the HSBC HK for that transaction.
Please be informed, that I will present from their side a LOI, ATV as a start, over the China Central Bank representing Bank officer.
But In the first step, I am asking only for a first direct call between you and the Leading Bank Officer of the Central Bank of China. My role in this case is only to indroduce both sides.
