I will be going today to the Dartford Branch as I understand redemptions are taking place.

I should be able as a member of the General Public to walk into the Branch in Dartford & redeem my investments. I don't believe for one minute we are still Totalitarian Ways! Maybe your staff will need to retrain, in fact I have made numerous calls to HSBC. What a disaster that has been. Most don't have any idea that is going on. 1 woman Shanzi in Manchester refused to give me the Head Office number. You've only got to check CCTV footage the amount of times I've gone to get this resolved.

Will you give me a reply & speak to those at Dartford HSBC Branch please.

Even my own bank manager Ali Saddique who has known me for years stated some people are too comfortable the correct term would be too much complacency!

Furthermore this money I wish to redeem is not coming out of their personal pocket.

We have All Transitioned to Greatness NOT just HSBC account holders. Other banks are not dealing with the Global Currency Reset only HSBC.
