I write to you is desperation to ask for your help .
I have been trying for the past 4 months to complete a Safeguarding Information Review Form and cannot get any help from the business help line which apparently has been suspended so attended a bank and after 1/1/2 hours we were still no further forward. I do not know why I am being continually harassed by HSBC (because that is what it feels like) who at this moment in time are unable to help a 'lay' person in attempting to complete forms l have not a clue about or how to proceed in this matter. Can you Help!
