Dear President/CEO of HSBC Bank USA, N.A.
I applied for the above credit card with the understanding that there will be zero percent intro rate on PURCHASES .THIS WAS CONFIRMED IN A PHONE CONVERSATION WITH AN hsbc Representative.
They are not giving me the zero percent and are charging finance charges.
I have attempted to discuss this with`HSBC premier. However I have difficulty communicating with the Philippine reps.
They canât even transfer me to the USA
We all know how annoying it is trying to work something out with those foreign reps
Premeir customers shouldnât have to suffer with this.
it is the opinion Hsbc that there was no zero percent offer on purchases
while, I respect the opinion of HSBC and will not be pursuing this further.
I still would like to ask a favor.
AS I understood it it differently and so did the HSBC REP that I had spoken to....
can you please grant me a one time courtesy?
Can HSBC please waive the $90 finance charge I had on 7/30
and the $84 on June 28th
