Subject: Direct TV (DTV) Billing Dispute You are doing a find job running Costco. We entered into a two(2) year contract for DTV service via Costco. After many problems, we did get the service. It was a hard battle with Costco help. We are (summer home) located in a valley on top of a Mt Range in central AZ. Upon reviewing our Aug bill on the computer we find that our $51.00 monthly credit allowed for two(2) years via the Costco contract has been disallowed after one year. The reason given is that we have not obtained an other ATT service. Note: None available at installed address. After two to three hours on the phone and internet, plus four(4) cut offs two notes #1-209753675342 #1-209753675344 were sent to the back office by DVT rep to no avail ie credit of $51.00 ( 41.00 10.00) /mon. Did pay $71.99 per contract. Please review the above case. Hope you do not find that DVT misrepresented because that could be a problem ie class action. Look forward to reinstatement of $51.00 credit per month effective on 8/12/2017 billing.
