Saurabh sent a message to Carlos Ghosn – Chairman and CEO, Renault – Email Address that said:
Subject-Un-ethical extra 2% charge on the service of car
I have been using Renault Duster since past 2years. I would like to highlight that, i have loved this car and it has a wonderful driving experience.
I gave my car for service on 19th April16 at Sunrise Autotech Pvt ltd- Faridabad,Haryana(121002)India.
Below are issues which i faced:
1) I was asked to pay an extra of 2% charge on the service of car, if i made payment via credit card.
2) Wrong estimate given by Renault team. Estimate message received Rs. 17K , final amount Rs.27K
Why is customer being charged for 2% extra?
How can there be this huge difference in estimate being given?
When asked a question why this amount is being asked from Customer-Your executive says"Sir-This is a MD level call, we are just following their orders. After 2 minutes of argument and stating that i will escalate this to Germany CEOs, your executive says Ok sir, we will wave this off.
Is this the service you are providing world-wide?
Don't Customer comes first ?
This is really bad state of affair in Sunrise Autotech . Request you to kindly look into the same
