Sunday, 2/21/2016, I stopped by your restaurant to enjoy the buffet. The buffet was fairly empty as was the restaurant. Either they had cleaned you out or I suspect, they just didn't show up. Down to two pieces of chicken in a clean pan? Mashed potatoes and the gravy with a film on the gravy and crusty potatoes. A lesson to be taught on how to make a buffet look fresh....as easy as a spoon flipping the food.

The part that just overwhelminly got my attention as I had heard about this before....I asked for macaroni and cheese and was told that we have them in the back but that I was limited to one bowl of macaroni and cheese per paid buffet. REALLY? I was told yes, this is corporate policy.

Not wanting to believe that anyone would make a bone-headed policy such as this, Especially given the cost of the other foods on the buffet, cabbage for slaw, chicken and etc. I have decided to write you a note. Is this corporate policy?

Now, assuming that it is not policy. I have another question for you. Why not open up your entire menu to the buffet. No, I am not talking about having everything on the buffet but for instance, I wanted to try some of the new Nashville Hot chicken. Nope, not on the buffet!!! Well now, I left and went to Golden Corral. Got all the Macaroni and cheese I wanted. Got prime rib and I got shrimp. More expensive yes, but I wanted KFC.

Let me know your policy!
