Sir, I am a retired police officer in Florida. I was notified of fraudulent activity on my account in the amount of $1212 on April 17th. The fraud complaint was disputed and denied. After the case was closed they told me about another fraudulent charge of $850 a few days before the $1212 was posted, which I should have also been advised about but wasn't. Both transactions were to CreditOne Bank which I do not have an account with. Both transactions are fraud. The case is now closed and i cant't get anyone to help me. i tried calling CreditOne Bank but they wont talk with me either because I do not have an account with them.
As a retired police officer on a pension a $2000 hit really hurts.
