Mr. Rogers: I have made a payment to my credit card and because the system did not show it I went ahead and made the 1800.00 payment again. I called the bank the next day and was told 3 to 4 day to refund. Now I get an email telling me it would be 10 days or more. I was paying the card completely off, now I am showing a credit balance. all I would like is my money refunded to the credit union account I paid from. I hope you can help with this.
