@suntrust – William Rogers – Dear Mr. Rogers, I am writing to express my frustration with my loan from Suntrust

John Stbeewart sent a message to William Rogers that said:

Dear Mr. Rogers,

I am writing to express my frustration with my loan from Suntrust on my property. Earlier this summer, the wrong property tax value was applied to the loan, which would have resulted in a substantially higher payment.

After a phone call with Suntrust customer service, I learned what had happened. The woman I spoke with indicated I should make payments over the phone *for the prior amount* until the issue was resolved.

Next, in early August, I received a letter from Suntrust saying money had been taken from my escrow account to 'cover the shortage'. This was a shortage completely not of my doing, and was in no way my fault.

When I called to make my September payment, I learned that 'we can not take a partial payment' and suddenly I had to make a much larger payment than I should have. Again, none of this is in any way shape or form my fault. I was told the bank is 'waiting for the refund from the Couny' - yet your bank has assets that far, far exceed my own. And, again, this was not my fault.

I'd be happy to provide all the account details and information to whoever at Suntrust can actually address this issue. I have to say that prior to this all my experiences with Suntrust have been incredibly positive - but this issue is really making me question my sense of your bank.
