Rhonda Lytle sent a message to William Rogers that said:
Dear Sir,
While I understand that Covid-19 was a huge scare to the public and appreciate your trying to keep your employees and the community safe, we all know it carries a death rate on par with the seasonal flu. Even the CDC has admitted that.
Your branch is Savannah, TN still does not have the lobby open though our county has minimal cases. The bank teller told me today that the lobby will only be open by appointment when it does re-open. This is unacceptable, unnecessary and quiet frankly detrimental to our society as a whole.
When i called later to speak to management about this situation, I was told the order came from the corporate office, hence why I am contacting you.
Please, I strongly urge you to adjust your policy immediately. I have been very impressed with the banking services offered up to this point. I wish to continue doing business at your bank. However, I can not and will not support with my dollars any business that does not through action fully support the reopening in every way of our great nation.
With all respect and great admiration, I strongly urge you to adjust your policies so that they are in line with the most current information and fully support our great nation.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter,
Rhonda Lytle
