Good morning sir. My name is Frank Clinton and I have been a SunTrust customer for over 10 years. This last year has been a little rough financially for myself and family and have gotten behind on my mortgage. nobody's fault but mine. A few months ago I put my house up for sale in a effort to get everything paid. I had several full price offers inside of the first 72 hours. With that said , I have been trying to get my pay-off to the title company so we can close on the property and get your bank paid. Everyone with-in the bank have been very nice, but no one seems care that all I want is to re-pay my loan. I have talked to many departments and still no results. I just had to move the closing again for another two weeks. I'm not looking for anything but a little help on having someone send me the pay-off. Again I am paying the loan off in full. Please point me in the right direction. Thank you
