Have been trying to get assistance with huge overdraft fees. No one will help me at branch. Told me to talk to phone center. Phone center transferred me to Philippines. They never help anyone, and they did not help me. I am disabled-mobility impaired senior living on fixed income. Have been hit with overdraft and extended overdraft fees for $442.00. My direct deposit came in and was swallowed in these fees. You never give me an adjustment. When I opened acct online, I thought it was for $1500 direct deposit, free cashiers checks, no service fees and $300 bonus deposit. I never got it and bank personnel changed my acct and now I am getting hit with fees every month. Kindly make adjustments and refund some of these fees. No one will politely at branch or on phone this matter. I am referred elsewhere. Sincerely,
