I received a pre-qualified credit card offer in the mail, I was given the option to apply over the phone which I did and made sure to use my personal reservation code. I received a card in the mail with a completely different offer instead of receiving a $200 statement credit offer it was $100 cash back was reduced from 2% to one. It appears to me that the Suntrust representative did not enter my reservation code on my application. I called several people in your organization have have received the run around with people giving me phone numbers which I called and that person gives me two phone numbers which I called with no one answering so I have left messages with no calls returned. I need your help in getting this corrected as no one will help or has the authority to help me in your organization.
