Mr Rogers, I am a loyal suntrust customer and have a mortgage with your company. I am currently experiencing a hardship and have been trying to resolve this through various departments. I am at risk of losing my house and the application may not be processed in time before that happens. I am appealing to you to assist me with working out a repayment plan while I go through this hardship. I have always been able to pay my bills but have had some medical hardships that have put me behind. Id appreciate any assistance you can provide.
