@suntrust – William Rogers – Mr. Rogers, I am having problems with one of the tellers in the Carrollton, GA

wilson allen sent a message to William Rogers that said:

Mr. Rogers, I am having problems with one of the tellers in the Carrollton, GA. branch. Judy Seaton has made it her mission to be rude and unprofessional when dealing with me.
This is an ongoing problem for over a year. I have contacted the branch and Customer Service two times about this.
Mrs. Seaton is upset with me because I won't give her my Drivers License for identification. I use my Military ID. card which is an allowed form of ID.
She has refused to process my transactions by giving them to another teller telling me she is not "allowed" to handle them.
She has failed to secure my transaction and allowed it to fall out of the box onto the ground where I had to pull forward to walk back to get the money.
This is my third time reporting her. Is your management team in Carrollton, GA unable to correct/discipline their employees for improper behavior?
