Mr. Rogers, i am reaching out for the 3rd time regarding text alerts on my credit card account. This feature is still not working on my account and I find it very frustrating. My first email was sent on 5/27/2020 and subsequent emails were sent on 7/21 and 9/09. I would like to know when this will be resolved and why it is taking so long
