Mr. Rogers:
I have several accounts at your bank and wanted to do two things:
1. Thank you and your bank for accepting PPP applications and figuring a way to get them processed. Your folks worked around the clock and even Easter Sunday.
2. On the things you guys are messing up on is SIMPLE COMMUNICATION - Once we are approved if we are we get NOTHING from your bank advising us. I applied and was accepting calls on Easter Sunday from your staff WHO DID GREAT trying to process our loans but now after the first round of funding has been used up YOUR applicants have no idea if we were approved or not.
THE KEY IN THIS TIME IS COMMUNICATION - How easy would it be to send mass emails to everyone approved or an email once approved and asking us to sit tight.
WE HAVE NO IDEA WHERE WE ARE.
