@suntrust – William Rogers – Mr. Rogers, I am taking time to write to you, in HOPES, that you will

Scott Oaks sent a message to William Rogers that said:

Mr. Rogers,

I am taking time to write to you, in HOPES, that you will speak with me. I have had my Mortgage with SunTrust Bank (formerly SunTrust Mortgage for 11 years. During that time I had filled out 6 modifications forms and asked for help in every way possible. I will spare the details of my situation, my hardships in this email. I hope to be able to speak with you directly. Over the 11 years, my experience with SunTrust has been one of the most unprofessional and questionable experience in my life. SunTrust has offered no help, rather you spend the time calling me 10 times a day, sending me 100's of form letters, threaten to take my home and now most recently, refuse to take payments due to some new policy claiming that when it is behind, no payments are accepted unless it is current. I have had checks sent back to me after they were taken out of my account and most recently you held my money for over 2 months while charging me interest, late fees, home inspection fees. I am a retired 21 year firefighter that was forced to retire due to health reasons. I take my responsibility seriously. This is my home and 11 years is a long time. I want to stay here keep our home and yet, no matter how hard I try, no matter what forms or help I reach out for, your Bank refuses to provide anything other than constant harassment.
I plead with you to contact me, to have a candid discussion man to man. I am disappointed and completely frustrated with the lack of any sort of help, assistance or modification. I have an FHA loan that is at 6.75% I have paid over $120,000 in interest on a $130,000 home when I purchased it. My Parents have just been diagnosed with Cancer, I am on a pension that is less than half of my income when I was an active Firefighter. Please, take the time, this email is not a standard email and I am taking the time to wrote you in hopes that you may care enough, see the importance and significance in this matter and your Bank to hear me out. To listen top the facts to take a look at this and to please not ignore me or my plead for help.
