I'm skeptical that you will even get this email but it's worth a try. My 87 year old father-in-law, who doesn't get around very well, has had and continues to have an incredibly poor experience with a branch located in Gulf Coast Town center, Estero FL. He is simply trying to deposit a $489 check from State Farm Insurance made out to both him and Suntrust. He has been unsuccessful thus far on 3 trips to this branch due to the branch manager not being present or not being available. Could you please call me about this? This is simply not acceptable to put a senior citizen, or any one, through this. My name is Rick Maere, I'm also a Suntrust customer and you can likely lookup my telephone number. The branch manager (Liz) was rude when I tried to discuss this with her. Thanks for your consideration.
