Richard Tangard sent a message to William Rogers that said:
Dear Mr Rogers
Last week on the Truist web site I requested an application for a PPP loan for my business. I have since discovered on my own that Truist decided to stop accepting applications. No one contacted me with this information, and when I called my local office, they couldnât even tell me if I will EVER receive a link to an application.
So what am I supposed to do?
If I am simply being abandoned, Truist should at least have the honesty to tell me that.
