Good afternoon Sir, my name is Jessica Hird I have been having issues with your company in the south fl area to the point where your company illegally had held funds of mine for longer than your policy requires. I\'m a single mother with 3 children and I have contact several of your higherarchy employers from reps all the way up to supervisors and branch managers. I am going on 6 weeks without being able to have access to my account and no valid response from anyone. I have been kicked out of my home due to lack of payment for rent as well as lost my job because I couldn\'t pay for my kids schooling because your company has refused to resolve this situation accordingly. I have contacted several news media outlets and have reported your company as highly incompetent not because of your actions as CEO but because of the idiotacy of your local employees in the south fl area. I ask that you get involved and help resolve this matter as it has been over 5 weeks already and I still continue to get the run around with no end result.
