Goodmorning,
My name is Timothy Roman I retired from the Palm Beach Gardens Police Department in February 2017.
I'm on a fix retirement income from the police department. I opened up an account online for your $500.00 promotional offer
I made my first check deposit from the pension resource center into your bank at the Boca Raton Florida branch near my girlfriend's house,
I live in Hobe Sound, Fl.
I was told the next day my checking account was being closed because the pension check looked suspicious and I would be able to get the funds in 10 business days.
After I waited the 10 business days I called your customer service and was told I could get the funds November 9th,2018 to make sure nothing comes in on the check and the check is good.
I took a letter from the pension Resource stating the check was issued to me, I had BB&T Bank email a letter to SunTrust that the pension check was paid to SunTrust on July 30th, 2018, I also presented my Florida driver's license and retirement ID in the PGA Branch in Palm Beach Gardens Fl. On August 16th, 2018.
I've been told by banker Todd Rolle that the fraud department hasn't gotten back to him.
Could you please help me?
SunTrust is holding my pension money for the past 25 days now.
