I have been trying to close the business account ending with 9705 for weeks. As long as I have been with SunTrust it seems to me that there should be some help from your bank to credit us with the over draft/paid charges we have faced for several weeks, We have opened another account with you guys but keep getting hit with charges like last night from Pinnacle for 50,00. I have just spoken to Nizar Jannohammad of Pinnacle and He said he himself changed the auto draft to the other account 2 weeks ago and that if there is a problem, it has to be with Suntruat. I do not want to change banks but if I need to, I will go to the Loganville, GA branch today and pull my personal funds and go to another bank as well as take the business accounts to one as well. I NEED YOUR HELP. We are a small business and trying to make it and with stuff such as this, it seems as if everyone just wants our money. I opened this business in 2013 and as of yet, hsve not grew the business to a poi t that I could draw a check for salary. Please help us. L, Dwayne Faircloth
