@SunTrustNG – William Rogers – Is it possible to have the overdraft fee $36 (twice) and transfer fee ($12.50)

Merleen Reed sent a message to William Rogers that said:

Is it possible to have the overdraft fee $36 (twice) and transfer fee ($12.50) credited back to my account? Right now I am on FMLA and the disability payment I;I'm receiving right now is all I have for my family and I to live. The $86 you are taking in fees and overdraft is my grocery money for me and my grandchildren. I tried to speak to customer service and was told they could not reverse the charges. I understand you all I'm struggling very badly right now and need every penny I can get. I can assure you, this will not happen again. I was leaving someone to manage my account while I was hospitalized and she did it poorly. I have been a customer for years and will continue to be a loyal customer. I cannot drive now to deposit cash into my account and I never received a message or call about my account as I normally do. Please help me, I am struggling so badly right now. I know there are certain politics you use; however, I need to feed my family. I understand it was my fault for not monitoring my account; however, had I not been ill, I would have been more inclined to do so. I have been a loyal customer and have brought more customers to Suntrust because of telling people about the great customer service. Mr. Rogers, please grant this to a long time customer who is struggling. I barely make enough money to keep my bills afloat as they are. I cannot afford $86 charge especially now. Please reverse the charges. I have been a customer for nine years or more. Please help me. I never received a notice until a week after my account was charged. I will implement an alert to inform me when the account is low for future transactions.

Thank you......
