Mr. Rogers, I am a 30 year loyal Suntrust customer. I am writing in complete desperation and frustration because I am unable to get resolution to a bank credit card charge and mounting fees that was Suntrust's error in not closing the card when the SB bank account was closed in March 2019. I have spend hours on the phone requesting research and help - only collections calls back weekly. Please please help an almost former loyal customer.Vr, Deb Del Mar
