PLEASE assist. I cannot seem to get the proper assistance. March 13 2020, I took $500 from my account and deposited it (considered over counter) into my nephew's account; sometime that day Suntrust closed the account because they thought it was fraudulent activity. We have been back and forth with various individuals in customer service and I finally received a form (Indemnity Agreement) and told to go to bank transaction was made DC-Metro location. Turns out I received the incorrect form; they couldn't assist and I was told to contact customer service again - I can't seem to get this resolved due to my nephew being in IN and I'm in DC, he cannot physically come into the bank with me. The bank will not even confirm the account is closed because my name is not on the account and my nephew is now tired of constantly calling to try to resolve it. Almost 2 months and with all that is going on, I need to recoup my funds. I have all receipts of transactions. PLEASE HELP
