Just tried (keyword - TRIED) to purchase a Peterson tuner and some bass strings. I selected the free shipping & a screen displayed that in order for that, I'd need to call. It also said I can submit the order & a salesperson would call me back. I clicked the "Save" button & was brought back to the initial login screen again. Tried logging in again & went through the same runaround that I had initially.
I don't know what you mean by "cheapest shipping rate" - I always thought "free" was the cheapest. As it is, I was unable to make a purchase. I doubt if I'll be shopping Sweetwater again if I'm going to have to deal with this every time. I ended up purchasing what I need through Musicians Friend.
