@SweetwaterSound – Chuck Surack – Mr. Surack, We had to return a CD player to your store it was purchased

Paula Crow sent a message to Chuck Surack that said:

Mr. Surack, We had to return a CD player to your store it was purchased July 11th and our check cleared the bank on July 13th. On July 13th we returned the CD recorder and was told we should receive our refund during the next week. It is now July 25th and we still have not received our refund. And the people at Sweetwater say "only the bank can refund your money. And we have no control
over that." Please Help us.
