I just had the worst experience with Norton and am at work crying. No one helped me and all I did was answer the email received from Norton to upgrade to Lifelock Select for $7.49 until my renewal next July 2022. It would not go through; chatted twice and HU on transfers and was removed from my plan and put on Life Lock Select free but I just paid my plan last month. I was paying $199. and now just $149.00 I do not understand. On the phone for over an hour and at work in call center and lost pay and possible commission and not enough space to tell you what I have been through. I have been a customer for years and the treatment I go today was horrific and I think I am going to leave work for the day. I just want my original plan back and add the Lifelock for 47.00 until my renewal next year. I was told my new plan is free for the first year but already paid $199 last month for the year. What have you done to me.
