I think that some of your representatives are not up to Sysco standards. Can you please have someone to service my account who is interested in a customer FIRST???

Here is a copy of my email to your Regional Manager questioning my COMPLAINT!!!
This was after I complained about mishandled order.
The sales rep response was rude and in my opinion very UNPROFESSIONAL. Mrs. Burrows, the regional Manager has the copy of the TEXT conversation that I emailed to her.

Mrs. Burrows,

Thank you for your time to respond to my urgent call on Saturday.
I really appreciate your time and effort taking my call on your day off.

Regarding our conversation about the rotten tomatoes, would you be so kind to explain your statement about tomatoes shelf life lasting only 3 days???
And again mentioning your statement that I have to inspect produce on time of delivery? 150-0200 tomatoes? Who has the time for this?
I am ordering from Sysco, the leader. Questioning integrity of Sysco and their products at this point is realistic.

Please note that I will address my concern with Sysco CEO if I don\'t receive response from you.
