I’m emailing you in regards to an issue I had at your Escondido ca store.
I reasonably purchase 2 $100.00 itune cards from your store.
I put the cards in my wallet then late that night I went to use them and they had been already redeemed.
This was the first time buyingitune cards from you. As I go to Walmart generally.
Anyways I called itune about this and they said it had been redeemed. Now I’m angry because I was the only person who had card and I removed the gray tape. So now I’m out $200.00 for a product I purchased from your store that I consider defected because I never got to use them. I went to your store and explain what happen and basically got once you leave the store it’s not our problem. I buy anywhere from $200 to 500 itune cards a month. And never had a problem else where when I’ve purchased them.. I’m 61 years old and never been told too bad you just lost $200.00..

I’ve have been in customer service all my life I was a dealer with Harrahs/Caesar’s entertainment I know there is always a way to fix the problem and have the customer leave as if the incident had been fixed.. wel it certainly didn’t happen here. The person just went thru the motions and my girlfriend and I knew they wouldn’t get back to me. I’m very disappointed. And have told my friends about this.
The bottom line is I’m out $200. And the product didn’t work.

Sincerely
Kathleen wheeler
