@Target_Corp – Brian Cornell – Good Afternoon, Brain, <br>I bought three cells, Huawei P8 Lite 16GB Factory Unlocked Cell Phone

Lisa sent a message to Brian Cornell that said:

Good Afternoon, Brain,
I bought three cells, Huawei P8 Lite 16GB Factory Unlocked Cell Phone, for my wife, my son and myself at about 8: 00 am on Black Friday November 27 am and paid money. However, the deal was cancelled by Target. The reason of cancellation was the price on the website was wrong, but good companies always honor the prices if the list price was wrong. Because I lost chances to shop the cell deals from other companies on Black Friday, I cannot buy these phones now.
I am a loyal customer of Target and have waited for a long time to buy these cells. That’s why I selected Target instead of Walmart or other companies. I didn’t take advantage of the price, since it was Black Friday, so I thought that price was just a deal.
Target is a good company and brand name should be much expensive than the three hundreds bulks. Otherwise, I am willing to buy Target brand name for $300.
Kind reminder since I have paid the money and Target had emailed me the receipt, it is just like a business contract had been signed. It’s illegal to be cancelled by Target itself. I was told customers won on ton of the cases.
Moreover, I called Target about my situation, the supervisor Jessica told me, target didn’t cancel the order, it was manufacturer. I called Huawei manufacturer, they told me, if customers order though Huawei website, they can find the order, otherwise, how Huawei know someone orders something though any other websites, like bestbuy, amazon, ebay, walmart…even they said they sell goods to any retailer, so retailer has had the products, then retailer list products to sell either online or in store. Yes, it is right. I really disappoint why a well trained supervisor lie to me, she should know it, target made a mistake, but she didn’t want to accept the truth. The only thing she agreed with me, if customer find products in store or online, they are wrong price, customer will pay the price which has listed because companies should respond the listing price, not customer’s fault. Clearly, company has rule. Many companies have the same rule. However, she still said the manufacturer cancelled as it was wrong price, target couldn’t match the price. Additionally, one of customer service member said, this was the black Friday price, he couldn’t replace the order for me after canceling. Now, obviously, the price was right at that time, their explanations are conflicts. The purpose is to refuse my order and to cover the company’s fault.
I only want you to honor the price as if target needs to be a trust business. Also, we are absolutely reasonable to get these cell phones on the listing price when we ordered at that time.
As a company leader, you should know that honesty is the most significant virtue to manage a successful business and make customer satisfaction. This is not only for all employees, but also for the price and products. That is company responsibility. We are really unhappy that a big company does this.
Sincerely yours,
Lisa
