Candace Walker-Lowery sent a message to Brian Cornell that said:
First, I hope is well with you during these trying times.
There was a short period in my life when I came upon hard times. My Target card ending in # 4033 has been closed due to late payments. In no way would I like to reopen it, I'm trying to my credit history back on board. I am now a parttime employee at Target for 2 years now, to help with my financial burden. I've contacted customer service a number of times and they were not able to assist me. I would like to request information on setting up some form of negotiation. I have been a customer since 2010 and due to a hardship fell behind on payments and my account has been closed. You can see form my history that prior to my small timeframe of hardship in 2018, my account was always paid up to date. I am now also back to paying regularly and have been for some time now. I am requesting that some of my interest or late fees be removed or at the minimum be removed from my credit report so I can payoff this debt at a faster rate and no longer be held accountable for my 6 month strain.
