I am contacting because I am having a horrible issue with your company. First I am not including any personal information other then my email, but the information I do have.

To begin, I purchased a gift card from target that was damaged, because it was unreadable and not able to be redeemed. I contacted apple and upon them seeing the card, it was damaged in addition to already being used? Apple told me contact Target and gave me a letter and case number of their investigation findings.
Well upon contacting your company, i have nothing but rude people helping me, leaving me on hold for hours at a time, being transferred to Asia.

Target stole my $100 and wont give it back, and with this I am taking you to court because your company stole my money!
