I must say, I am extremely disappointed with Target Retail and Consumer Merchandiser. I waited all year with gift cards in hand, waiting for Cyber Monday. I just wanted to get that Braun shaver I have been looking at. Woo Hoo!! Cyber Monday is here, I have my gift cards and Target has the shaver. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I was getting 15% off and I had gift cards. I will say that I could get it for fifty dollars less at Amazon, but with the gift cards and Targets 15% off, It will be much less. Back to my disappointment. I started at 8am trying to purchase the Braun razor online. At different points during the day I would progress a little further with my order. Once I even got to the final screen where I put in my credit card info. Could it be??? After 14 hours of trying, might this be it? Could it really go through??? No, sorry to say I was asked to "Please hold tight" again. I continued to try until 12am. After 16 hours online with Target I threw in the towel, I was beaten down by Target and could not stay awake any longer. I was hopeful that Target would realize what they put their loyal customers through and continue to offer the 15% off and hope that customers would come back and purchase with them. Again my disappointment to find that Target is not fixing their mistake, but going about business as usual. I guess I should have listed to my girlfriend, my time is worth money and Target took a whole day away from me. I should have listened and purchased from Amazon. P.S. I was even more disappointed to see that no one from Target emailed me or replied to my posts on FB. My cart is empty 🙁 "Please hold tight" Target. I\'m sure you will eventually get your customers back, Sincerely, Mark Cap.
