My 12 year old called to see if he could return a game today. He was told yes by someone in electronics. They asked him all the proceural questions prior to booking a customer. And he said yes, he could return it.
-But No. After driving 4 miles to get there, I was told, after endless stupid phone calls, and busy checking with blah, blah, blah, -so all we have is your word that you spoke to someone.
So please sir, since my word and my son\'s word is not good enough, please take us off all mailing lists, get us off the red card, forget you ever knew us, and I will be happy to do the same for you. I am done with your company forever. period.
