Hey i had services performed on my truck at the 915 E Ogden location on Friday 1/24 on Sat 1/25 i nearly ran into a median as my car swerve due to only one lug nut on my rear passenger tire. I frustrated by the negligence of NTB and the trouble cause by this experience not too mention the Service mgr. Andreas denial of my wheels being touched. Clearly a tire rotation was part of my oil change. Andreas stated rotation not shown on invoice which means nothing too me when it clearly reflected as part of my service. I also lost two studs that require replacement to properly mount my tire. The negligence and dismissive attitude of the service mgr made for a horrible experience. I would advise anyone to stay clear if they value their lives it clear that NTB does not!
